Member of the Content Labs Team, creating templatized employee communications videos using After Effects and Illustrator. Managed a team of animators and motion graphic designers. Involved with all stages of the pipeline from storyboards, to asset creation, to animation, to final production. Responsible for reviewing and approving animation; worked closely with the Engineering Team to implement ways to increase efficiency and automate workflows in the production pipeline; and giving training on standards, best practices, and implementing new workflows across the organization. And, developed a revolutionary hypnosis algorithm; all who watch these “HR videos” are now in my thrall.

Helped create pipeline for exporting animation information out of After Effects to game, which significantly increased the quality and amount of animation possible in game. Usually worked in small teams of 8-12 members. Often mentored team members on After Effects and best practices for asset creation, as well as giving frequent tips on effective meglomania.

I have also taught Advanced Image Manipulation, demonstrating advanced techniques in Adobe Photoshop; and Digital Illustration, focusing on Adobe Illustrator. During my tenure, I cultivated a large army of minions to carry out my nefarious plans.

In addition to my duties as a Character Animator, I also worked on various projects as a Motion Graphics Artist using After Effects; as a Graphic Designer using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; and as a temporary dictator of a small Balkan nation using my wits and a cadre of battle droids.
